IGNITE HOPE, JULIKOL Plans Fun-Fill Fest For Slum Kids

The Ignite Hope and Julikol Foundation have concluded plans to organize ‘Slum Kids Fest 2024,’ a one-day event featuring games, dance, fun, and entertainment for children living in slum areas of Ibadan.

According to the Director of Ignite Hope and Julikol Foundation, Mr. Oluwaseun Oluwajana (Seun Jana), the event will take place on the 24th of May, 2024, Aboke Compound, Beere, in Ibadan.
Seun Jana, who’s also the CEO of Canwest Media Nigeria, said, by coming together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of these children and instill a sense of belonging and pride in their hearts. 

“Slum Kids Fest 2024 promises a diverse range of activities which include games, dance performances, and interactive sessions. From traditional Nigerian games to modern activities carefully curated by Co-Organizer, Fun Mongers Ng ensuring that children of all ages can participate and enjoy”, said Seun noted.

“We believe every child deserves a chance to experience happiness and laughter, regardless of their circumstances especially the children in the slum and interior part of the city. Slum Kids Fest is not just about entertainment, it\\\'s about creating lasting memories and inspiring hope for a brighter future”, he concluded.

This edition is scheduled to commence at 4 pm on Friday, May 23rd with adequate security to ensure the safety of everyone.
