The Association of Table Water Producers, popularly known as ATWAP, Oyo State branch, have embarked on a seven day warning strike, to inform the public that there will be a reduction in the numbers of sachet water in a pack from twenty to sixteen. According to them, this development is as a result of the negative effects of the subsidy removal on petroleum. In an announcement sponsored by the association on popular Ibadan based radio stations, they said they decided to decrease the numbers of sachet in a bag from twenty to sixteen instead of increasing the price.
