The presidential aspirant of the Labour Party in the last presidential election, Peter Obi, has stated that his defeat by President Bola Tinubu at the Supreme Court does not signifies the end of the Obidient Movement. Obi stated this on Monday at the press conference held on Monday, in Abuja.
You will recall that on September 26, the Supreme Court in n unanimous judgement, upheld the election of Tinubu, who was the aspirant of the All Progressives Congress, at the last general election. The Nation newspaper reports that Obi said: “In the coming months we will build the party, we will make it stronger. We will build those young people. We will come out stronger and more committed to a new Nigeria.

The future is dynamic. Our focus now is to ensure that we do the right thing for the benefit of Nigeria.”
