Magistrate Adeola Olatubosun of the Magistrate court sitting in Yaba, Lagos State, have granted Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley and Balogun Eletu, also known as Sam Larry, a bail of 20 million Naira with three sureties each.
The judge, while delivering the judgement ordered the suspects to submit their international passports and they must report weekly to the office of the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos State.
The judge also warned the duo against contacting her directly on the case, as she will record their conversation with her and disclose same in the open court.
It would be recalled that Naira Marley, Sam Larry and two others were arraigned and remanded on October 6, 2023, over the controversies surrounding the death of Ilerioluwa Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad. The duo were accused of assaulting the deceased before his death.
