Media outfits, Ibadan Media in collaboration with Moreklue Blueprint
have concluded plans to honour and recognize 60 most influential
personalities in the just concluded year 2018 in the capital city of
Oyo State, Ibadan.
The aims and objectives of the event according to the project coordinator Ola Olanrewaju is to used the towering figures of the recipients to challenge young people to play active roles in governance and entrepreneurship on the continent in a peaceful and tolerant environment.
He added that the board of jury has watched all the recipients carefully in the past 12 months before they were shortlisted for the event scheduled for Sunday 27 January at Platinum Club, Awolowo, Bodija, Ibadan.
Among the dignitaries to be honored is Amb. Romoke Ayinde CEO Kayrom Lee Gym and Fitness Center, Hon. Rotimi Ajanaku, ZLP aspirant for Ibadan North
West & South West Federal Constituency, Hon. Dapo Lam-Adesina, member
House of Representative, Ibadan North East and North West, Ayo Ajewole
popularly known as Woli Agba and Dele Omo-woli, Segun Ogundipe popularly known as Lafup, Lawal S. Oluwatoyin CEO
Omotanwami Skin Care.
Also on the list is the Ibadan based Fuji icon Alh. Taye Akande Adebisi that was popularly known as Currency, Juju star artist, Femi Solar, Dr. Mrs. Theodora Omisande CEO D’Ril Spa, Tope Adedeji CEO Club de rock, Ms. Funmi Rotiba, the Erelu Asa of Nigeria and a guru in hospitality business.

Alayo’ would also be recognized, while a popular gospel singer, Big Bolaji popularly know as Big B and also, Babatunmise, investigative journalist, Edmond Obilo of the Splash FM stable and his counterpart Ronke Giwa were also counted worthy for
the credit among others.
