The ancient city of brown roofs has witnessed major milestones in terms of growth and an avalanche of opportunities over the past one year. It is not by chance that investors and entrepreneurs are beginning to see the gold mine of possibilities in Ibadan and also understand that Ibadan is not merely a city where one can manage wealth imported from Lagos but also one where wealth can be created.

Not surprisingly, it is no longer a debate that this city offers even better standards of living compared to the hustle and bustle of Lagos.

We owe this significant change to a myriad of reasons but especially to the people of Ibadan; the many individuals who have consistently struggled to make something of their various endeavours and on this note, our Top 50 Influential Ibadan Youths for the year 2017.

These are people who have struggled to make a name for themselves despite having little or no support system. There are others who have strategically organized several events that placed Ibadan on the roadmap to success and limelight and some who provide support or taking their time out to participate in one event or the other in other to encourage the organizer. We concede that it took more than just 50 people to reach this significant point in the history of Ibadan and to everyone out there who has contributed in any way at all, we say THANK YOU but today, we take time out to recognize these 50 people.
